Shipping

Due to the ongoing Canada Post national strike, we are temporarily suspending free shipping to customers in Canada.

In the meantime, orders can be picked up at our Mississauga location, or shipped via UPS Standard at a flat rate.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. For assistance or to arrange a pickup, please reach out to our customer service team.

Currently, we can ship within Canada only.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will let you view more details about the status of your order.

Returns

Items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund up to 14 days after they have been delivered or picked up.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery. We can only accept a return if the item is unopened and unused. If the product is defective it’s eligible for return/exchange too.

If you are having trouble using your new product, please email us at support@smarthomeoutlet.ca and we would be glad to help you set up and use the product.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Free same-day local pickup option

If you live in Mississauga, Toronto or nearby you might consider Free pickup option for your purchase. During your order choose Pickup From Store option in Delivery Method. After we receive your order we will contact you by email or text to confirm the best time for picking up your purchase.
